HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! *fireworks going off*

Take the What Should Your New Year's Resolution Be? Quiz

Hehehe. I'll try my best to get my resolution done. *evil grin* Wasn't able to post last night since Blogger got some problems. I kept getting errors when I try to publish my entry. Oh well, it's all fixed now. *smile* Yosh! I got Lei Wulong's (the cosplayer) pic from Akin a while ago. Thankies! But you're right, he's not that camera-friendly. Hehehe. That pic does no justice as to what he looks like in person. *giggles* Man, I'm getting goosebumps again. Okie, I promised myself I have to do my projects today, yet again. I wonder when I'll really get them done? Maybe when classes start. ^^ Ja mata ne!

AKASHA THE BEAUTICIAN...LOL

Dyed my mom's hair today. Hehehe. Yeah, and it's color purple! LOL No, no, I think it's reddish brown. I think she bought it since the ordinary brown color ran out. Harlene and Lorraine went to my house today and we had a movie marathon of teenage flicks. It was totally fun but it kinda gave me a headache. >_< Aaah, I miss you, you two! *huggles* We go way back since gradeschool, ne? Len's still got it in for Elijah Wood; Raine, Max Slade or A.J.?!? Hehehe. And don't start on JTT! I'm over him! It's also fun listening again to Boyzone's Said and Done eventhough Stephen is freakin' gay! Dammit! Why do these things happen to me?!? Let's watch the LOTR TT together, okay? Wowie cute! I love your new layout, it's totally kawaii! I have no plans of changing my layout yet, but when I do, it would be great if you help me out again. ^_^ Red here *ruffles li'l bro's hair* is trying to play Chrono Trigger. I just realized that he hasn't finished even one RPG game! Once he sees us finish it, he totally loses his interest in the game. Hey Red, get your act together and finish at least one! Where's the fun in that if you don't try finishing it yourself? Hehe, I love you always! Mwah!

Oh yeah, quizzes galore from different blogs here and there. ^_^

MY WRITING STYLE

You are a dark writer. A fierce and loyal follower of Poe and the other gothic authors, you LOVE to instill a sense of revulsion and somewhat fear in your readers. You love to poke their brains with logic dealing with the darker side of the human mind and character. Truly surprising and a true individual, you'll do ANYTHING to create a scene. :)

THE SLAM DUNK PHENOMENA

I'm just amazed at how Slam Dunk got many people crazy over it. It even got my mom who never watched anime hooked on the series. She even watched the episode when Shohoku won against Ryonan twice. Believe me, she wasn't one to watch again something she'd already seen. ^^ Even my classmates who had no interest in basketball what-so-ever suddenly started playing the sport after watching the series. I guess it's just so different from other anime series where the good guys beat the bad guys or anime with sappy love stories. *ehem-ehem* (No offense meant, Len-kyut! Luvya!) Another factor is the drawing. Inoue-sensei's art is just so unique. Kind of realistic anime, ne? ^^ It's possible to see a guy who looks just like Rukawa or Fujima in the streets or even in your own neighbourhood. Maybe you could even bump into a Mitsui look-a-like while waiting in line at a fastfood chain. Hehehe. How I wish that would happen to me. Anyways, enough with my blabbings. All I can say is, Inoue-sensei sugoi wa! Thanks for the wonderful and totally cool anime that is Slam Dunk.

GRAND OPENING

Lookie lookie! I've got a cute pawprint cursor from comet cursors! It kinda reminds me of Shi-can of Furuba. *giggles* How I wish I could watch the series now. I can't wait to watch the episode when Ayame first appears. Oh, to the topic at hand...

*ehem-ehem* Drum roll please...

The Redhead Tensai Clique is now officially open! Yay! It's a clique dedicated to none other than the tensai himself Sakuragi Hanamichi! *canned applause* Okay, mission accomplished. ^_^ Ja!

OHAYOU

Yep, I've definitely turned nocturnal. It's 3:45 AM in the morning and I'm still wide awake. My arms already look like sticks from not getting enough sleep. Gawd, I need to gain weight! Like Jughead, no matter how much I eat, I never put on any weight! Somebody send me helpful tips on how to fatten up! Anyways, I went to Riverbanks mall yesterday and found this nice little haven of anime keychains. I've finally been able to replace my long lost Cloud (FFVII) keychain. Yosh! I also bought this ickle Misao keychain. It's so kawaii! ^_^ I'll go back there once in a while to check if they've got new ones to add to my expanding keychain collection. BTW, Wowie's clique is almost done! It looks like it'll be up earlier than expected and we're totally excited about it. I do hope people will be interested in joining.@_@

Oh right, I haven't done my assignments yet! *bangs head on the table* What will become of me if I keep on procrastinating like this?!? And to think I promised myself I'll take my studies seriously this semester. Well, here's to hoping I'll have it all done by tomorrow...

EXHAUSTED

*yawn* My eyes are veeeeeryyy tired from staring at the computer all day long. I promised Wowie I'd make banners for our up and coming clique. It took longer than I thought. It was really fun making them but I can't help but get exhausted since I want everything to be perfect. The clique should be up next year and Wowie said the layout looks cool. I haven't seen it so I just have to take her word for it. I also spent the entire day researching on global warming for my Nat. Sci. project. I still have a lot of plates to do for my Advertising Design and History of Arts subjects. *gasp* Oh no! There's still that assignment for Theology! *sigh* And to think I promised myself I'll get it all done today. Aahh...the evils of procrastination....mwahahaha!

I can barely keep my eyes open now. Look at the time...it's morning! Ohayou minna! Shoot, I better sleep now.

MAGICAL BEINGS

Got the links to these kewl quizzes from Wowie's blog. ^_^ I got some pretty good results...

A formidable creature half lion and half eagle, the griffin is said to be one thousand times stronger than any lion and five thousand times as arsighted as an eagle. It has a strange talent that when people are around it, they find themselves unable to lie. The griffin is also said to be feirce and untamed. It was a protecter against evil and people often wore talismans of a griffin's claw to protect them from demons. Griffins were often used as trasport for the gods. They were also reputed to swoop down from the montains on occasion and pick up goats and small horses and bring them back to their nests for their young.

KURISUMASU OMEDETOU!

Christmas definitely instills a special kind of feeling in our hearts, ne? I just love seeing childrens' faces when they open up their presents and love what they find inside. Especially the part when their eyes light up. Aaahh...I think I'm going soft. ^_^ Oh well, my friend came by our house today and we spent the whole Christmas afternoon playing Metal Gear Solid. Haha, what a way to spend Christmas! He already acquired the stealth suit thingy so the game didn't pose any challenge whatsoever. (Thanks for the oh-so-cute beanie baby!) Earlier on, we had a great big family get-together. Lots of food, exchanging of gifts...the kids even had an Asereje dance contest. *gags* It was really fun watching them strut their stuff, though. ^_^ Kids are so kawaii! It's kind of sad to know that this day's slowly coming to an end. Oh well, there's always next year!

GREETINGS!

Woo-hoo! Happy Xmas to all! May everyone be happy and giving this Christmas season. (especially giving ^_^)

OBSESSION

I have this new obsession of collecting Dragonball Z stickers you get free from Nissin Cup Noodles. (yeah! endorsement!) It comes in different flavors: Chicken, Beef, Seafood, Shrimp, Bulalo, and Batchoy. Hehehe. I've been wolfing down dozens of 'em just to expand my collection. They look so cool! Especially the stickers with Vegetto in it! Wai! ^o^

I'd probably die early from eating too much instant food... >o< Who wants to live a long life anyway? ^_^

INSPIRED

I had nothing better to do this day so...I made banners! Yay! I had sooo much fun making them, I think I got a little carried away. Mwahahahaha! Credit goes to Naska for the Aya Brea fanarts I used for three of my banners. Sugoi! She's a totally great artist! You have to check out her site! ^_^ Please do link to my blog, people! Luv ya all!

SPREAD THE CHEER

Once again, spread the Christmas cheer! Woo-hoo! Yeah! I luv everybody!

What Was Your PastLife?

GENKI!

Yo people, I've finally bought a Slam Dunk Best Collection yesterday. One thing that made me buy it was the song "Sekai Ga Owaru Made Wa" which was played in the background while Mitchan emoted in front of Anzai-sensei. Mwehehehe. Almost all of the characters of Slam Dunk where present in the cosplay yesterday and I was totally amused by it. We even got to get almost all of them together to pose for a picture. Oh yeah, Ayako-chan was so kawaii! Kiyota as well. I was totally amazed at the great effort most of the cosplayers exerted to come up with their costumes. One girl even sewed by hand her Lulu of FFX costume which believe me was totally like the real one. @_@ Congrats to all the winners and to all those who participated as well. *huggles* Oh...hi to the guy who played Lei Wulong of Tekken...ehehehehe. *blush*

Oh yeah, Pol Medina Jr., the creator of the famous Pugad Baboy series was there as well! Awww, too bad I didn't get his autograph! Hehe, he's one of my all-time fave artists. Other great artists were also present at the convention. Whoa, come to think of it, I was in a room full of talent yesterday. Aaaahhh...senseis... *worships*

Got the pressies for my godchildren (gawd, with the number of my godchildren, you'd think I'm already a great old fart or something...) all wrapped up and of course the pressies for my friends as well. ^_^ Weeeh! Let the Christmas spirit spread like wildfire! I can feel it in the air... *takes a deep breath* Hmmm...smells like rotten eggs here. Hey Red! Did you fart again?!? Yeah?!? Why you.... *sets off to beat little brother to a pulp*

Which X/1999 characters are you?

Quiz made by Chesa

Oh well, it's perfectly obvious that I can't sleep. Just when I've finally broken my habit of sleeping late. I mean really late like five in the morning. Wait, isn't that sleeping too early? Hehehehe. Man, what if I wake up at twelve noon? Disaster! Gawd, here's to hoping I'll be awakened by my alarm clock...

ME...ODD?!?

Which Fruits Basket Character are you?

Whee, and the world makes sense again...

ONE STEP AT A TIME

*huge sigh* I've been figuring out how to edit my blog and it's been kind of arduous. I've committed a lot of mistakes and it totally messed up my layout. Argh! It gave me a headache! Thankfully, it's all fixed now. Whew! Of course, I did it with help from Wowie, yet again. I've been able to put up some links to my fave websites and figured out how to upload pics. It's kind of a slow progress, but I'll get there...

Guess I better get some sleep now, I'll have to leave early tomorrow for the convention. ^_^

Kowareru hodo aishite mo sanbuno ichi mo tsutawaranai...

Ehehehe...I still need more practice. I finally saw the brighter side of what happened to us last Thursday. Since we weren't able to spend our money on the VCDs, I still have money to spend on mangas! Yosh! I wish Len kyut will be able to go too... Oh wait, I haven't asked permission from my parents yet... *sweatdrops* oh my, I hope they're in a good mood later...

TESTING

Wowie here. Just testing if Akasha's new layout works well...

LIFE IS SO CRUEL...

How unlucky can you get? Karen-chan lent me 8 episodes of a new anime series Fruits Basket a few days ago. It was about a group of people who when huggled by the opposite sex was turned into a certain Chinese Zodiac animal. It was really cute, funny and interesting. I was instantly hooked. Especially on Shigure-san, who is kind of perverted but is cool, really. *drools* However, my moment of ecstasy was cut after the last episode. "Aaargh! Nani?!? That's all?!?" was my reaction. I want more! I want to watch the remaining 18 episodes! I was so bitin! So, Wowie, Karen and I planned to go to Quiapo to her secret haven of anime VCDs for the low low price of only 25 pesos each. Unfortunately, Karen got sick and our trip got postponed many times also due to other circumstances as well. Imagine the many sleepless nights I suffered envisioning the oh-so-handsome face of my beloved Shi-chan, longing for the day I get to see his lovely face again. A few weeks later, we were finally able to get together and I was all ready to set out and splurge my well-earned money on Fruits Basket the series. I also planned to buy other great anime series as well. I was even envisioning the great and extensive archive I would have, piles and piles of anime VCDs in my room. @_@ I would spend my whole Christmas vacation watching them! Nyahahahahaha!

*e-hem*

So as we rounded the last corner to this wonderful place full of anime VCDs, we were met by lots of people packing away boxes onto this huge truck. We soon realized that the stalls were being raided by the police. We saw the dozens of stalls being emptied out and the boxes of VCDs handed over to be destroyed...never to be watched again. Aaaaarggghhhh, imagine the sinking feeling I got as I witnessed this. What if we arrived about three hours earlier? What if we went last week? What if I tried to jump on the truck and dig in the pile of VCDs and scavenge for the Fruits Basket VCDs? Oh well, that's life. It sucks. T_T

Yosh! I'm soooo happy! I have a new blog! Thanks a lot Wowie cute! The cutest of them all! Oh well, of course, not as cute as me... mwahahahaha! ^____^ Hehehe, my head's totally inflated now....
